    Chief Programs & Partnerships Officer

    With M:25 since 2013 and based in Chile. Background spans medicine, culinary arts, theology, and child development — the rare combination that lets her coach field leaders across every domain THRIVE touches.

    Site Coordinator, Agua Viva

    M.S. in Holistic Child Development from Lee University. Anchors the daily life of the Quito campus and the team that makes Agua Viva feel like home.

  • Elizabeth Enriquez

    Coordinator of Family Service Programs, Agua Viva

    Psychology degree and classroom teaching background. Co-pastors alongside her husband Jacobo and leads the day-to-day care of children and families on campus.

    Program Support

    Currently pursuing his M.S. in Holistic Child Development. Brings music, arts, and youth ministry experience into Kids' Club, Give Light, and afterschool programming.

    Twelve years with M:25. Runs the campus kitchen and quietly mentors community mothers in cooking, nutrition, and hospitality — multiplying her gift far beyond the dining room.

    M.A. in Global Ministry Design with ministry experience across five countries. Coordinates training cohorts and prepares visiting groups for trauma-informed engagement on the field.

    Curriculum Production Specialist

    M.S. in Holistic Child Development from Lee University with an industrial design background. Leads production of M:25's flagship kids and teens curricula, including Emotional Explorers.

    Curriculum Writing Support (PT)

    Curriculum design, writing, and translation expertise. Helps shape the resources that equip practitioners across Latin America.

  • Jacobo Jimenez

    Give Water Program Coordinator

    Ordained pastor and former assistant director of Church of God Ecuador, with prior leadership experience at Compassion International. Now leads M:25's partner-site network for Give Water.

  • Jorge Baquero

    Coordinator of Research & Academic Publishing; Liaison to Lee University M.S. in Holistic Child Development

    Currently in Lee University's PhD program in Marriage and Family Therapy. Fourteen years with M:25 — a living example of the "learn, practice, return, replicate" pipeline.

    Director of Donor Engagement & Church Partnerships Pastor's wife and former state-level Church of God leader

    Primary contact for mission trip and visiting group inquiries; facilitates relationship between M:25 and its US partner churches.
