Professor of Psychology and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Partnership liaison with Lee U — helps shape the trauma-informed foundation of everything we do.

Brings a career of team leadership and business experience as a Tupperware Director. She's the faithful hands stateside, keeping M:25's legal and banking matters moving whenever our leaders are serving overseas.

Site Coordinator, Agua Viva
M.S. in Holistic Child Development from Lee University. Anchors the daily life of the Quito campus and the team that makes Agua Viva feel like home.

Coordinator of Family Service Programs, Agua Viva
Experienced in socio-emotional tools and a classroom teaching background. Co-pastors alongside her husband, Jacobo, and leads the day-to-day care of children and families on campus.

Currently pursuing his M.S. in Holistic Child Development. Brings music, arts, and youth ministry experience into Kids' Club, Give Light, and afterschool programming.

Ordained pastor and former assistant director of Church of God Ecuador, with prior leadership experience at Compassion International. Now leads M:25's partner-site network for Give Water.

Liaison to Lee University and currently pursuing a PhD program in Marriage and Family Therapy. Fourteen years with M:25 — a living example of the "learn, practice, return, replicate" pipeline.

Trained in microbiology. Married to Jorge — part of a family deeply rooted in M:25's Ecuador story. Ale uses her creativity to build program supporting materials and coordinate the logistics for visiting mission teams.
